So far, nothing useful. In fact, their "response" was quite insulting.

All they did was point me back to their "How To" page and repeat what I was supposed to do. I had very clearly explained in my message that I had, indeed, followed the directions, but I still encountering problems. I specifically asked for someone to call me and walk me through, to troubleshoot, so we could determine what, exactly, was not working.That response was nothing except a AI-generated letter, totally useless, as far as I am concerned.

A very minimal, tokenish response. Barely a C- level of "customer support".

I'd really like to get this resolved ASAP; I have already reached out by phone half a dozen times last week but have not received a response. I wanted to link my Bluesky phone app with my tablet, but nothing worked.

I realized that somehow I had three accounts set up, but I don't know how or why. I can't set up a separate account because I can't see what I'm typing in. I have been instructed to enter a xxx-xxx code from my email, which was rejected. I'd resend for a different code, but I would get no response, so I'd re-enter the earlier one and was informed the code was supposed to be xxxx-xxxx and not xxx-xxx.

I can't even generate a Google password because as soon as I paste it in, it's hidden, so I can't retype it the required second time. I want to close down two of my Bluesky phone accounts and just have one linked to my Android tablet account.

I will repeat this one more time: I have called your customer service line about six times (about once per day) and have not received a single response or acknowledgement. Please help me resolve this.

So far it's been very poor; called them several days ago re log-in prlbems. Not heard back yet. Just called back today. Will start emailing regularly on Monday if I don't hear back.

Well, starting to reply to phone calls left on your help line would be a good start (I even left my phone number twice).

Bluesky Censored us, & violated our 1st Amendment Rights, & is an Authoritarian Company, just as bad as X! Steer clear of them!

As of the date of this update, June 5, 2025, there has been NO response from anyone at Bluesky, nor has there been a resolution to the problem Bluesky created. This matter has gravely reduced most of the traffic originally coming from our now completely suspended Bluesky account to both our website and our YouTube account.

This is now costing a significant loss of revenue for us. It seems as though Bluesky is just as bad, just as Hypocritical, and just as Corrupt as Twitter (X), Facebook, Instagram, and Threads.

We don't believe Bluesky has any intention of reinstating our account, or, God Forbid, actually apologizing for "their" Error! Bluesky is nothing more than a Farce, a Joke of a Social Media Company that Censors people without any proof or due process!

Our Bluesky Social account has been suspended for a week now, and contacting both Bluesky's customer service and moderation support has been no help in resolving this matter. They claim that our account has had suspicious activity on it, but have not told us what kind of activity this is.

We have sent them 4 emails asking for help, but as of this writing, we have not received any response from them. We began using Bluesky because of Twitter (X), Facebook, and Instagram's negativity, but it seems as if Bluesky is no better.

We would like to continue using Bluesky Social, but as we have not been able to actually 'talk' to anyone, or even receive a response from them, we believe we will have to find another social network for our interests. In closing, we cannot recommend Bluesky Social, as they are just as prejudiced, negative, and unjustifiably fascist in their dealings with their customers as those other social networks owned by Musk and Zuckerberg!

BlueSky locked me out -password problems

There has been NO RESPONSE for 48 hours. I am locked out of Blue Sky social app over typing password incorrectly!

Hey, I am close to 80 y.o., so I made mistakes typing! PLEASE REINSTATE ME !

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I emailed so many people and team members and support that I lost track.

I even emailed the CEO although, I am not sure it was received. I kept repeatedly contesting my suspension on the log in screen.

I think I noticed that when you immediately respond to their email, you will get a quicker response. Perhaps they are overwhelmed with requests.

On April 2nd, I received an email stating... "Recently, we suspended a Bluesky account you control (@mrpassportking.bsky.social).

We now believe this suspension might have been a mistake on our part, due to a bug in our investigation software.Were very sorry for the inconvenience that the suspension may have caused and appreciate your patience throughout this process."I still cannot log into my account as of April 16th. I continue to get the message that my account has been suspended and I have been emailing Moderation and Support constantly.

After leaving X (Twitter), came to Bluesky for the sole purpose of promoting anti Trump, anti Republican information. My 1st account was removed according to their email because it was "assessed as a spammy, fake or inauthentic account".

I sent 3 emails over the course of two days and did not get any response to appeal. After giving up, I created a completely different account handle after a few days and picked up right where I left off, posting, reposting and commenting on anti Trump, anti Republican information. After about one day, the 2nd account was also taken down and I received the same cut and paste email about a spammy, fake, inauthentic account. Of course I sent more emails and entered multiple appeals online directly in the app.

I have sent emails to moderation@***.xyz, support@***.app, legal-requests@***.xyz, and press@***.xyz. I cannot get any response and I do not want to create a 3rd account. I can only guess there is someone within the company that is so pro-Trump and Republican, they are removing accounts. It is extremely odd that older, much bigger accounts are on the website posting information much, much more defamatory than mine.

I also tried to email the CEO but that email was undeliverable.

The product came from China and took my money but never sent the product! I contacted them and they said it was delivered but never got it and then said it wasn’t delivered but I still never received it!

Do not order anything from them! They are scammers!

While Bluesky did give me the ability to read comments I was NOT given back my account, my or the ability to COMMENt or set up a new PROFILE in order to engage with others. I am persona non grata on the website.

I still do not understand why I was kicked or why I lost all my followers.

I would love an explanation as to why I was kicked off in the first place. I enjoy Bluesky and all that it stands for and would love to continue to be an engaged member of this community

It has been 5 days since my suspension ( I still do not understand what I did). I have not heard or received any type of response from Bluesky.

I had built up a small but vibrant following and was enjoying engaging with them. I would love to be able to continue to be part of the Bluesky family
